Seasons are known for having a limit, coming to an end and then changing into something different. We see this in nature and we see this in our own lives. The lives of leaders are no different. Similar to nature, each season in our lives has something to teach us and can vary in their length. God works in and through our lives daily. When we learn the ways He teaches us in each season helps us to glean everything we can.
