So often in ministry it’s easy to start tweaking little things here and there when something isn’t working quite right. Adjust some levels on the sound system, fix the lights, move the chairs around, change the music, get a new kids ministry curriculum, start a new program, discontinue a program. The list goes on and on. However, all of those changes only address the symptoms, not that actual issue. If you want something to change, focus on your mission.
